Quite Quiet

november quiet

November 22, 2020

While this morning dawned rather bright and clear, by about 1 PM, it had turned to gray and dreary.  There was even snow in the air for a little bit.

In trying to comply with the low socialization orders, we’ve been home more as a family this past week.  Today, my husband has blown leaves.  One son is out working.  The other son has taken a long nap.  Our daughter has been doing photo editing work for her photography class at school.  And I’ve been word editing on my computer.

It’s only three o’clock in the afternoon, but I feel like the day has been incredibly productive for all of us. (Yes, I consider napping “productive” if you are tired.)

Sometimes the excuse to be “stuck at home” means good things come out of it… yet another silver lining for today.

Silver Linings…

started as my personal response to 2020’s global pandemic of COVID-19.  When I published them locally,  I was surprised by how much people responded to them.

I hope they bring some positivity to you, too, during this unsettling time
