Fun Writing

ecuador dairy

March 23, 2021

Back in January of this year, I accepted an offer to collaborate with a dairy magazine.  I am writing six articles for them this year on international dairying—and I get to choose the topics.

Today I’ve spent a large chunk of the day writing about a dairy farmer in South America, an incredible gentleman I feel honored to call my friend.  Getting the chance to hear more of his life story—and then share it with others—is a true gift.

It’s one of those things I did not feel I could accept pre-COVID; I didn’t have the time.  But now… well, hello yet another silver lining!

Silver Linings…

started as my personal response to 2020’s global pandemic of COVID-19.  When I published them locally,  I was surprised by how much people responded to them.

I hope they bring some positivity to you, too, during this unsettling time
